In this example, a conversation and introduction come before a first overnight stay. A real team would discuss each dog’s needs, suitability and practical arrangements with their owner.

A quieter dog may need a slower introduction. A sociable dog still needs time to rest. Group activity would depend on assessment, rather than being promised for every guest.
Clear before you commit.
A real kennel would provide its current licence details, admission policy, emergency arrangements and care plan before accepting a dog. No real licence or care service is represented here.
